Parking Directions

Headquarters
You can find ample free parking along Glenwood Avenue just outside of our office. Please note that parking on Glenwood is restricted during rush hour times with: NO parking on the Eastbound side of street from 7-9am and NO parking on the Westbound side from 4-6pm (these times are also posted along Glenwood Ave.) If you have difficulty, please call us.

Juvenile Supervision Center
The Juvenile Supervision Center is located inside the Minneapolis City Hall. There are two ramps that you may park in, including the U.S. Courthouse Ramp on 3rd Avenue South and 3rd Street South; and the Hennepin County Government Center Ramp on 3rd Avenue South and 5th Street South. There is tunnel access to the City Hall from both ramps. There is also metered parking on 3rd Street and 4th Avenue South.

Lindquist Apartments
We have a parking lot available for guests, however, if the parking lot is full when you arrive you may park on West Broadway Avenue. Make sure that you pay attention to the time that you are parking on the street, because there is no parking allowed on the south side of West Broadway Avenue during the morning rush hour and likewise on the north side of West Broadway Avenue during the afternoon rush hour.

Lincoln Place
There is usually ample parking available for guests in our attached parking lot behind Lincoln Place. Additionally, you may park along Gold Trail or in the cul-de-sac at the entrance to our parking lot.

My Story
Success
I am a 17 year old transgender youth. I am
much more successful living on my own than
with my mom, even though we still have a
good relationship. I was staying in a youth
shelter before I came to live here, at
Lindquist. I am finishing up my junior credits
at a public high school, looking for a job, and
am constantly entertaining the staff and residents
at Lindquist!!
