Peter Rosenblatt, Executive Director

Peter has more than 25 years of experience serving youth and children in social service organizations. Peter spent the beginning of his career working in Portland, the majority of that time at Janus Youth Programs. During his tenure at Janus he ran a variety of community based residential group homes for children and youth across the continuum of mental health, homeless, and juvenile justice needs. After 15 years at Janus, Peter taught at the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee. After teaching for a three years, Peter followed his passion for direct service work and moved to Minneapolis to become the Director of Children’s Services at Catholic Charities in the Twin Cities before becoming the Executive Director of The Link in January of 2010.
James Kambiri, Associate Director

James oversees all programmatic operations of the Link. He joined The Link in 2002 and has more than 10 years of direct service and program management experience. James earned his B.A. degree from St. Scholastica and has received Health Realization training at The Link.
Lois Clark, Finance Director

Lois manages all the financial operations and oversees the human resource staff for the Link. She has 20 years of experience in nonprofit financial management. Lois started at the Link in 2009 and looks forward to helping the organization in continuing to succeed and grow.
Steve Griffiths, Director of Development

Steve is responsible for the fundraising, marketing and communications for The Link. Steve has more than 10 years of experience working in development. His expertise is in direct mail, event planning and marketing. Steve’s background in public speaking helps him craft the story of The Link. Steve’s prior experience includes working at People Serving People and Lutheran Social Service of Minnesota. Steve earned his B.S. from Minnesota State University Mankato with a major in Speech Communication.
Kate Tobin, Program Director

Kate oversees the Project Potential program and the Juvenile Supervision Center. She began her work at The Link as a Youth Advocate, moved into the Project Potential Program Manager position, and recently became the Youth and Family Services Director. Kate has a BA in Anthropology from the University of MN. Her focus throughout her studies was on aspects of contemporary American culture including racism, sexism, sexuality, religion and economics. In her spare time, Kate facilitates support groups that center on issues specific to women. Kate has always been passionate about issues of social justice and committed to working with youth and families. She received Health Realization training at The Link.
Erin Wixsten, Lindquist Apartments Program Manager

Erin is the Program Manager for Lindquist Apartments and has been with The Link since 2005. For over 11 years, Erin has worked as a supervisor, case manager and advocate for at-risk and homeless youth in youth shelters, schools, group homes, and with various community involvements. Erin has focused specifically on program development and implementation and is committed to providing the best possible services and support for youth and young adults. Erin attended the University of Minnesota and Metro State University focusing on Family and Social Science and has received Health Realization training at The Link.
Keith Koegler, Lincoln Place Program Manager

Keith is the Program Manager for Lincoln Place. He was most recently a Case Manager for The Link's Juvenile Supervision Center and prior to that was the Program Supervisor for a residential group home that aided youth in transitioning into a less restrictive setting or onto independent living. He received his BA in Sociology from The University of Minnesota-Duluth.
Britt Prokop, Project Potential Program Manager

Britt earned her undergraduate degree in Communication at the College of Saint Benedict focusing on communicating with adolescents and the best intervention strategies for de-escalation. She is currently completing her Master's in Social Work at Augsburg College, working on program development, policy and administration. Britt has five years of experience working with youth in many capacities; before coming to The Link, she was a Family Care Manager for Hearthstone of Minnesota.
Megan Sherwin, Juvenile Supervision Center Manager

Megan graduated from the University of Washington with a degree in Psychology. While living in Seattle she completed undergraduate research in Developmental Psychology; focusing on depression and co-occurring behaviors at Children’s Health Institute in the Developmental Pathways Project: The Daily Study and the High School Transition Study. Now back in Minnesota, Megan manages the Juvenile Supervision Center and is a Family Care Manager at Hearthstone of Minnesota. Megan was promoted from a Gang Prevention Case Manager to her current position.
