Board of Directors
The Link’s Board of Directors has a variety of expertise and skill sets that provide critical guidance and governance for the organization. The board members include people from the fields of social work, academia, the legal field, real estate and housing, public relations and marketing, local government, finance and past program participants who have lived experience of homelessness, involvement in the juvenile justice system and/or sexual exploitation.
Community Advisory Board
The Link’s Community Advisory Board is comprised of professionals in nonprofit, government, philanthropy, business and our founders, Jim Marshall and Oscar Reed. This board provides input and oversight in strategic planning, development and administration.
Youth Leadership
The Link is a youth and adult led organization and operates all programs in the model of Positive Youth Development. The Link has three youth advisory committees that are made up of youth that have experienced homelessness, sex trafficking and/or involvement in the juvenile justice system. These committees members are paid part-time The Link staff members.
