About Safe Harbor Supportive Services
Safe Harbor’s Supportive Services program provides resources and awareness to at-risk youth and essential support to youth after their involvement with one or more of the other Safe Harbor programs. The goal of this program is to help youth if another crisis arises, provide support as they transition back into their community, and offer ongoing substance use recovery and treatment services.
Services
- Street Outreach works to identify youth experiencing or at risk of sexual exploitation and connect them to services within The Link or other resources in the community.
- The Family Support Specialist provides mobile case management to families, offers training opportunities on how to identify trafficking and/or exploitation, and supports families in building stability.
- The Mobile Case Manager provides a centralized point of contact to provide training, coordination, and support for sexually exploited youth in the West Metro Region.
- The Aftercare Program is designed to help youth as they transition out of our Passageways Emergency Shelter and Housing Program to ensure that youth are supported after leaving our program.
