About Northside Homeless Prevention

The Northside Homeless Prevention Program works by a) preventing homelessness through direct financial assistance for youth and families facing eviction, and b) providing housing for youth aged 18-24 experiencing homelessness who do not meet the county’s eligibility standards for support. For youth and families throughout the program, The Link provides comprehensive case management services that help them build long-term stability.

The program combines supportive services and cash assistance to not only prevent eviction but also help participants increase income, build life skills, develop other safety nets, and more.
