About Passageways Shelter & Housing
Passageways Emergency Shelter Program offers 6 units of shelter for youth ages 12-17 who are victims of sex trafficking. All youth have their own bedroom and access to 24/7 on-site support. Passageways is the only shelter in Minnesota that is designed to serve sexually exploited youth of all genders.
Passageways Housing Program offers 5 units of site-based housing co-located with Passageways Shelter and an additional 5 units of housing in the community. The program is inclusive of all gender identities and can serve parenting youth with one child. Youth in site-based housing have 24/7 access to staff and on-site supportive services. All youth in the Passageways Housing Program work one-on-one with a Case Manager to heal from trauma, build healthy relationships, and develop long-term stability.
