PERISCOPE PROGRAM

The Periscope Program provides housing and supportive services to young adults ages 18-24 who have experience within Hennepin County systems.

The Periscope Program, The Link’s County Involved Youth program, serves young adults between the ages of 18-24 in Hennepin County who have been referred by Hennepin County social workers, probation officers, other community partners, or self-referred. This program assists participants in locating and maintaining stable housing within Hennepin County using local private landlords. This program also works with youth that are already housed and does not require previous incidents of homelessness to qualify.
