The Periscope Program provides housing and supportive services to young adults ages 18-24 who have experience within Hennepin County systems.
The Periscope Program, The Link’s County Involved Youth program, serves young adults between the ages of 18-24 in Hennepin County who have been referred by Hennepin County social workers, probation officers, other community partners, or self-referred. This program assists participants in locating and maintaining stable housing within Hennepin County using local private landlords. This program also works with youth that are already housed and does not require previous incidents of homelessness to qualify.


In addition to housing, the program also provides trauma informed and strength based supportive services for youth that include but are not limited to: case management, life skills education, assistance with education and employment, connections to mental and chemical health treatment, connections to health care services, positive youth development activities, and leadership development opportunities.
Eligibility for the Periscope Program:
Must be a young adult ages 18-24 and have one of the following:
- Experience in Hennepin County foster care
- Experience in Hennepin County children’s mental health
- Experience in Hennepin County juvenile justice systems
